Workgroups

Credenza Pro simplifies File assignments with groups. When sharing with other users, if a File is assigned to a group, only members of that group will see the File and any of its associated items. Perhaps your Team has numerous practice areas, and your colleagues are working on Files that are not relevant to you. You work on the real estate side and don't want to see the details of the audit Files. By creating groups you not only keep your File list manageable, you also keep information private that other Team members do not need to be able to see.

Restrict Access

Groups can be further password protected to prevent unwanted members from joining.
