Local Searches

The Local Search will look across your Credenza records and all local Outlook contacts. This can be useful when taking on a new client. Or you can just use it as a broad search tool across multiple types of information.

This tool is accessible from the Credenza menu in Outlook. In the window that appears you can choose to search on various contact, email, phone call and file fields.

When a search is complete the results will appear in the list at the bottom. Credenza will identify where any match was found. For your convenience all types of items are listed together. Double-click to open any of the results and view their complete details. If you are working as part of a Team, Credenza will only be able to search information you have access to.

This is another added touch in Credenza that makes Outlook more useful for the professional.
