Download Microsoft .NET 3.5 Framework

Credenza requires that your computer have the Microsoft .NET 3.5 Framework installed in order to function.

The .NET 3.5 Framework is available via Windows Update, and in some cases is listed as an optional download. The Credenza installer will check for .NET 3.5 before continuing, and if it is not present, then it will automatically download it for you.

NOTE: The .NET 3.5 Framework is a very large download and takes several minutes to install. Depending on your connection speed it may take up to 15 minutes.

If you elect not to download and install prior to installing Credenza, then you need to be aware that it may add this time to the installation. For this reason we recommend downloading and installing the update prior to installing Credenza.
